There is a fire lookout tower at the very top. In a 1976 winter storm the watch tower was actually blown off the mountain and had to be lifted by a heliocopter back up. I would like to work here. 

There is about 400 watts of photovoltaic on the roof of the building. It appears that it powers a VHF repeater inside.
