This is taken from the hidden beach looking out towards the islands. It was 10 degrees F outside, and there was about a 40 MPH breeze. It was even a little cold for me.

There was solid ice for the first few feet next to shore, and beyond that was little chunks of ice that would probably be a sheet if it wasn't so windy.
